Every Waisted Gems piece is handcrafted with personal attention and care. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
Because every piece is handcrafted to order specifically for you, please allow the following processing times before your order ships:
- Waist chains and body chains — 7 to 10 business days
- Bracelets and hand chains — 5 to 7 business days
- Personalized pieces — 1 to 7 business days depending on complexity
- Custom and bespoke commissions — timeline discussed privately during your design consultation
United States Shipping
All US orders ship free via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping via FedEx is available at checkout for an additional fee. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx International depending on your location and the service selected at checkout.
Important notice for international customers: International shipping rates do not include duties, tariffs, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Waisted Gems is not responsible for any additional fees incurred after shipment. Please check your country's import policies before placing your order.
International delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days depending on your location and customs processing times.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every Waisted Gems piece is handcrafted to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following:
- All custom sized waist chains and body chains
- All personalized pieces including name necklaces, name bracelets, and initial jewelry
- Bespoke and custom commission pieces
- Sale and clearance items
We strongly encourage you to review your measurements carefully before placing your order and to contact us if you have any questions about sizing.
Our Promise to You
Within 30 days of your purchase, if you notice any manufacturing defect in your piece, we will gladly repair your jewelry at no cost to you. We stand behind every piece we create.
We also understand that accidents happen. If your Waisted Gems jewelry ever needs extra care or repair, we are happy to assist. Reasonable charges, if any, will be determined by the nature of the repair.
