At Waisted Gems, every piece is handcrafted to order and made to your exact specifications. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or made-to-order jewelry. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zsavette.williams@waistedgems.com with photos and we will make it right.

Minor adjustments and repairs are available post-purchase. Please reach out directly for assistance.
