Waisted Gems is an online-only jewelry studio based in Rock Hill, South Carolina, founded by designer and maker Zsavette Williams. With more than twelve years of jewelry-making experience, we create jewelry with thoughtful attention to detail, movement and fit.

Our Essentials collection brings everyday luxury to pieces designed to feel personal and easy to wear.

What we make

Our collection includes waist beads, waist chains, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, hand chains, rings and body jewelry.

We work primarily with 14k gold filled, alongside selected sterling silver and solid-gold designs. Our pieces feature materials such as natural gemstones, crystal and cubic zirconia, depending on the design.

Each product listing identifies the materials used in that piece, so you can choose with confidence.

Our designs begin with the small details: how the components come together, how a piece moves and how it feels when worn. We pay attention to balance, comfort and construction, with everyday wear in mind.
